Requirements for the Program

  • Intention of invest minimum $250,000 CAD in a company in New-Brunswick (start-up or acquisition)

  • Have, alone or with your spouse a net worth value, legally obtained a minimum of $600,000 CAD (real estate, investment, company, etc.) with a minimum of $300,000 CAD of unencumbered liquidity

  • Have an experience of management (3 years) in a company as owner at 100% or have a minimum of 5 years of experience as senior manager in the last 5 years or more

    Investment of Minimum $ 250,000 CAD in a company will be done when you are accepted. * A deposit of $ 100,000 may be refunded if the applicant is deemed to have met the refund conditions, including creating the proposed business and living in New Brunswick for one year.
